Frisky,Troy,Bandit

Wondering what they are? They are our new family members.
This weekend out of several important dates in our life( the day we spoke, meet, ate etc etc) we completed an year of talking meaning the first day we spoke. Now life is all about celebrating and I belive these small small things makes life beautiful and once we have worn out bones we could sit back in the easy chair and cherish these memories that we would have built all these years.. So I was on a move to build one of those cherish able memories. My husband reacts very sweetly to surprises and so it was time to see those million dollar reactions u see so here goes the description.
When he was back from office the entire house was dark (a complete puzzled face) and there was his favourite song that was playing in the background. One corner of the room was lit with candles so naturally it caught his attention. I thought he would rush to the spot ,atleast I would have done the same but no he switched on the light took of his shoes (In my hide out I was turning impatient !!!!) and then finally did he go to the spot where I had arranged a cake(Which I tried making since morning ) and to throw some light on why was all this done I had kept a card(My made!!!!) which gave him a jist of what was happening and ofcourse how much he meant to me..:) But all these things were done to see that millon dollar look of fumblness, care, love, etc etc .We very gladly proceeded to cut.I was very happy thinking that I was the one who remembered the date and blew him by surprise but seldom did I know that the best part of the day was yet to come. He gave me a box and that brought a total blank look on my face. He thought I forgot the day and was planning to blow me with his gift which he eventually did. I couldn't belive when I opened the box, where I gave only a moment to Cherish he gave me three sweet turtles, a life time to Cherish.. They are so sweet and so much a part of us and needless to say when ever I see them they remind me of those moments... we have named them Frisky Troy and Bandit

They say you are lucky if you get some one u love and fortunate if you get some one who loves you, guess couldn't have be more fortunate!!!

U Me aur Hum

After breaking our heads with the various TV channels we(me and my husband) decided to see U Me aur Hum as our weekend treat. Not a bad attempt but then nothing new either. One time watch is what I would say. The story of Alzheimer is turning old now. Though the problems that one could face with one of the family member having it is portraied well but still lack of freshness. The other day I was watching Forest Gump, what an amazing movie it was, short with such elegance. Right from the start to the end not even a single second did I feel "gosh its dragging" Now that's called class. I don't say our industry is not talented but somehow there seems to be no originality in their work and even if some thing new comes up some unwanted masala kills the entire charm. Guess we the Audion's are responsible to some level,I mean if there is no hero heroine dance clean shot the picture doesn't do so well. So taking risk and innovating something becomes a risk which very rarely people tend to take. Hoping the coming generation shall have faith in their own ideas and soon we shall get to see some classy stuff in our industry as well. Coming back to U Me aur Hum, go ahead watch it! The first time u shall not get bored for sure.

Me the detective!!!!!

Hostel Lifes are always sweet memories of all horrible things. It used to be all fun and no work. Almost all of our nights used to go thinking how should we schedule our day to make the best out of it. Now thinking was such a difficult task and required so much of energy that we needed tea after all that elaborate planning and then we would sleep only with a thought that we would get up early and.......... the same old routine, late for lectures running around and no time to work. On one such night were my friends were making time tables (as usual). I decided to wash my long pending clothes. While washing clothes the bathroom adjacent to me was occupied but all I could hear was water flowing, wondering what the female would be doing I continued my work. Now in girls hostel females talking over the phone and forgetting the outside world is very common so I thought may be some new romance is in the air. I decided to join my friend in the mega task. After a span of an hour so on my second visit to the bathroom I discovered the bathroom to be still locked and water flowing , now my mind went suspicious (nancy drew novels help at times!!). I tried knocking the door-no response!! My mind started working faster ,thinking some one might be talking I tried over hearing (though bad habbit but u see I was being a detective then!!!) but then no one seemed to be talking. I got worried and so rushed back to my room and shared it with my roommates they were so ready to leave what they were doing and came with me to the bathroom. Now there were four girls of varied sizes trying to knock-Still no response, we decided that some female has attempted a sucide and we need to save her but how our legs were trembling so we called the entire lobby of girls and explained the pricarious situation. All of them got dressed ,combed their hairs ( they are supposed to look pretty 24X7 u see) and proceeded towards the bathroom. We all decided to break the door and so we did when the door opened all of them shouted at the top of thier voice- why no clue. To our shock what did we find- There was no one there (Sign :( ! ) some one had left the water tap open and may be banged the door a bit hard and our international standard doors obeyed strong orders only... phewww I would have saved some one that day :)
Before every one could figure our who the culprit was I simply ran to my room but still my lovely roomates toppled me like a rumali roti and needless to say we couldnt work that day either.

Is this sensibility!

When ever I try browsing through the entertainment channels I feel sorry for the story writers. Every other channel has the same content, so called "bad" womens dressed horrifyingly, bitching some one, trying to kill some body (killing is so simple) the story goes on and on. Why cant there be serials like Malgudi Days, Fhoji,Circus? So different from one another and they can indeed be called classics. A minimum of two marriages in these soaps are a must and miscarriages are a must. Being a good human being shall always give you problems is what the ultimate message. Leaps after leaps take over but the charecters remain the same-young-decked up . Are we lacking creativity or creative people have stopped taking a step ahead. After all these soaps now is the season for reality shows but here again the celebrities are called and asked to perform, they have already earned a name why cant we give the chance to some new talent?? The worst part is there are shows now where the winners of some shows are again asked to compet!!!!
I know there might be millions who are bruding about this and shall be wondering like me Is This Sensibility?

Were is the younger generation heading?

Wondering why are our youngster so very confused about their life's? The other day I was out with some of my cousins and their friends and were having a ball of time. Suddenly the discussion drifted towards philosophy aspirations life etc. I asked them to define happiness and I was really surprised by their answers none could actually define it and in fact they were searching for words! Even if some did all they could relate their happiness to was some materialistic things. Is that what happiness is these days? Kept my mind busy for several days? Later we jumped to the very preferred topic "LOVE" now I was again taken a back when they said it was more related to physical appearances. How long is some one going to look beautiful? Even the most beautiful men and women shall fade of beauty one day-isn't it? Well I tried hard not to sound boring so I asked them what were their future plans now they were a bit clear about it (not much though) pop came the answer MBA's MS's etc etc.. but none tried looking into oneself and finding out what are their passions! When I asked them they said the world is competitive and one cant go behind passions!!! Is that were we are going? If we can do so much in field that is not even our interest then who much can we do in something which is out passion? Time was flying with these talks and it was time to wish them all a good bye and good luck (All I could do was wish them all my luck which I did). I felt sorry for them they were so mechanical, so lonely and pressurised. It's a humble request to all you guys who are reading, if you are a parent please help your child find out his/her interest (passions shall takes miles away to success)and if you are youngster then my dear life is ready to give you more than salary so sit back think discover your passion and get set go!!!!!!!

Decisions make destiny-Turn the steering of life to direction of your wish and not to the direction it takes you to.

A Trip to Jim Corbett National Park,India

JIM CORBET,INDIA Jim Corbet is no new name for many out there. I very recently went there for my Honeymoon. An excellent place for all you nature lovers sitting out there. We felt so close to nature in our five day trip there. Though we couldn't site a Tiger there in spite of spending some 8hrs inside the main forest :( But we definitely could site elephants loads of dears, python, wild boars and fox. People are trying to maintain the forest but on a personal front we felt it needed more maintenance than what was being done. Here are some pic's that we clicked in our adventure trip.

Apart from wild life one can even have a ball fishing (catch and release). I never knew fishing could be so much of fun till i experienced it at JIM and be live me it looks simple but its an art in itself. Here is a pic of the fishing spot,it turned out to be trekking cum fishing trip :), but a complete fun. For adventures people out there there are many other things like rafting, river crossing, trekking and night safari. We didn't have much time to venture on those stuffs but I am sure they shall also a fun.

Staying is not a problem at all there a number of good resorts are available and they have all the in formations in the Internet itself. Best route to get there shall be from Delhi (3 hrs drive) and to keep a taxi at once disposal is the best way to enjoy the place fully.
If you are planning to be there on your vacation go ahead, you shall have a blast undoubtedly.
