A Trip to Jim Corbett National Park,India

JIM CORBET,INDIA Jim Corbet is no new name for many out there. I very recently went there for my Honeymoon. An excellent place for all you nature lovers sitting out there. We felt so close to nature in our five day trip there. Though we couldn't site a Tiger there in spite of spending some 8hrs inside the main forest :( But we definitely could site elephants loads of dears, python, wild boars and fox. People are trying to maintain the forest but on a personal front we felt it needed more maintenance than what was being done. Here are some pic's that we clicked in our adventure trip.

Apart from wild life one can even have a ball fishing (catch and release). I never knew fishing could be so much of fun till i experienced it at JIM and be live me it looks simple but its an art in itself. Here is a pic of the fishing spot,it turned out to be trekking cum fishing trip :), but a complete fun. For adventures people out there there are many other things like rafting, river crossing, trekking and night safari. We didn't have much time to venture on those stuffs but I am sure they shall also a fun.

Staying is not a problem at all there a number of good resorts are available and they have all the in formations in the Internet itself. Best route to get there shall be from Delhi (3 hrs drive) and to keep a taxi at once disposal is the best way to enjoy the place fully.
If you are planning to be there on your vacation go ahead, you shall have a blast undoubtedly.

Life in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Life in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, usually the first picture that one shall get is a land of restriction,a land that has confide itself to majorly only two colours say black and white. True I can't disagree the fact that it has confined itself to only two colours but its not a bad place to live. I am basically an Indian and have moved into KSA a few months back post my marriage.I to had many inhibitions about this place, the culture etc etc. But right from the moment I have arrived here neither have I felt any cultural shock nor any strange feeling which i was anticipating .Yes females do have to face certain restrictions like they have to wear a Abhaya(Black robe) when they are out, going out alone is a bit rare here(but women do go out). Working is some thing which is again rare, but again there are schools were one can get teaching jobs. So its actually not that bad as we all feel.

Women here are respected a lot (I enjoy that a lot!!!). Thrusday's and Friday's are family day out so single guys out there gonna be tuff time for you. Infrastructure is awesome here -I usually wear sport shoes for my weekly shopping so now u can guess how huge the malls out here are. Currently I stay at Taif which is a hill station in Saudi Arabia, but we do frequently visit Jeddah which is only 250 Kms from here. For all you homemakers who are planning to come here there is no need to worry you get all your food related stuffs and TV serials here so you wont miss any thing great. And how can I not mention food, dishes here are fantastic the best of the lot are phool and tamez (we make it a point to have it every friday and be live me I wait the whole week for friday). Phool is a gravy dish made out of various pulses (I am still searching for its recipe) and tameez is a huge big roti, the other lovely dish is mutabak-roti with egges in it.All I can say is its all a matter of perspective, change the way you look at things and things change the way they are. Life turns beautiful then. So go ahead and have a whole new experience
